I'm Ellie Clarkson
I am Ellie Clarkson, founder and director of Clarverdo Ltd. I am a care leader, compliance consultant and mentor with over 30 years of hands-on leadership in regulated adult social care and more than a decade as an independent consultant.
My career has included roles as Registered Manager, Regional Manager, Director of Services and Nominated Individual. I have supported services through enforcement action, stabilised provision in crisis and helped providers rebuild trust with regulators, families and staff.
I am known for being clear, calm and practical. I bring both governance insight and frontline operational understanding, having worked directly with teams, families, regulators and Boards.
Clarverdo is the next step in my journey. It brings my experience into a trusted consultancy brand that delivers clarity, integrity and real impact.
My mission is simple: to give care leaders the tools, confidence and guidance they need to not just survive inspection, but thrive in the face of it.
